Like Tom Reagan says “It cannot be right to treat Animals as if they were ‘tools’, ‘models’ and the like”..Animal fashion is a tough thing to deal with you are talking the life of an innocent creature to make a useless cosmetic. People who abuse Animals in the future are more likely to abuse humans because they think its the only way to treat other people.Many Animals right now are suffering and dying because of animal experimentation in the US laboratories.
Over 1,000 Animals die because of mankind. Do you know how many musk rats are killed to make one fur coat … 50 Musk rats are killed in the process of make one fur coat.Musk rats aren't the only Animal they use to make fur coats there are bears, wolves, foxes, wild cats and more that are killed to make useless fur coats. When people think about animal products may be the first thing that comes to their mind are fur coats, that's not the only thing that people use from Animals. Ivory is made from the tusks of elephants. In case you don't know what Ivory is, grand pianos are made from ivory. People are buying these products and the if the owners of that product see that more and more people are buying these products they will keep killing animals and making more and more money. To avoid buying animal products try to look for fake fur of fake ivory and when the people know that you have stopped buying these things they will stop hurting animals.
Why are people cruel to animals? that is the question that some of us are asking. According to paws.org sometimes people don't know that they’re causing an animal harm or pain maybe they were treated very badly when they were a child so they treat Animals the same way because they think its the only way to treat others.Of 1,800 cruelty cases reported in the media in 2007. 64% involved dogs, 18% involved cats, 25% involved other Animals. The worst cruelty situations are when people abuse an animal knowing that it hurts the animal, and they do it to cause the animal pain. its hard to say why someone would do this, but often they see animals as objects instead of creatures with feelings.
Monkeys and apes are very similar to humans. this fact has been used as a reason for and against using them for research. Animals are used for basic research, education and training and to test drugs, chemicals
I liked how you had lots of facts but we need to test cosmetics on something or we will be poisoned or dead by the cosmetics or medicine
